Would I be welcome in Trump’s America?</p><p>I would not agree with everything here (rich as he is, Springsteen sings about the poor and the disadvantaged), I can relate to</p><p>‘The America I experienced that long hot summer was open-hearted and friendly. ‘</p><p>I first visited the US at 16 and subsequently worked there for several years. The America I experienced was warm and friendly.
