. Même en anglais, cette distinction existe d’ailleurs clairement : *bullying* pour le harcèlement entre élèves, et *harassment* entre adultes.

None of this is necessary. It's purely to create fear and intimidation. Plus, profit, companies are making a lot of money off terrorizing harmless people.
